HOW IT WORKS

We offer three themed picnics and one customized picnic. 

Our three themes are 1. BOHO 2. Into You (red & white) 3. Sip & Paint
Each posh picnic package will be styled to include a custom-made picnic table, a table runner, table centerpiece/table top candle, silk flowers, dinner plates, flatware, glassware, placemats/chargers, linen napkins, assorted rugs, assorted pillows, blankets, a wastebasket, water, sanitizer, insect repellent, a game, use of everything up to hour and a half, delivery, setup, and cleanup.

Customize Option
Pick 3 colors that are not available to create your picnic. If you have a theme that you wish to have that's not available, please include it in the additional section.

Bringing Your Vision to Life

Pineapple Posh Picnics provides a luxury picnic experience in Eleuthera, Bahamas. Our services include a 1-hour & 30-minute experience from one of our themed picnics. Themed picnics will need a week's notice.
Customized picnics will need a 2 weeks notice to ensure that every request can be fulfilled in a timely manner.

Weather/Rescheduling /Cancellation

If bad weather occurs or you experience an emergency, we will reschedule your picnic. Residents will have 3 months from the original date to rebook.

Visitors to The Bahamas will have a year from the original date to rebook.
Pineapple Posh Picnics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the picnic experience at any time if we feel that the weather or beach hazards pose a threat to the safety of our clients and staff. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and work to reschedule the picnic experience for a later date that is convenient for both parties.

 

Do you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking? We will give half of your deposit if you cancel 11 days before the scheduled date for custom picnics.

If you cancel within 5-4 days of the scheduled date for themed picnics, you will receive half of your deposit.
There will be no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of your picnic date. This is because there is too little time to fill up the spot we reserved for you.


To clarify, “bad weather” for rescheduling purposes does not include cloudy days or light, intermittent rain that doesn’t disrupt outdoor activities. Our definition focuses on conditions that pose safety risks or significantly impair the outdoor experience, such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, severe winds, extreme heat, and poor air quality. Cloudy skies or mild weather variations, which often provide pleasant temperatures and protection from direct sunlight, do not qualify as bad weather under our policy. We encourage our clients to embrace the beauty of nature in all its forms, with the assurance that we prioritize safety and comfort for a memorable outdoor experience.
